ImmunoACT develops CAR-T cell therapies starting with NexCAR19, with in-house GMP capability for plasmid and vector production, T-cell engineering, and quality control. Its pipeline spans multiple myeloma, neuroblastoma, and glioblastoma programmes.
Why They Matter
Advanced cancer therapy becomes national capability only when it can be manufactured, priced, and delivered locally. ImmunoACT matters because it has crossed that threshold with India's first approved CAR-T product. The next question is whether manufacturing scale and pipeline depth can keep pace with demand.
