AEM electrolysis is a materials bet because it aims to avoid platinum-group metals and the caustic electrolytes of conventional alkaline systems. HYDGEN matters because decentralised hydrogen production fits India's fragmented industrial geography. The company still has to prove reliability and serviceability across real customer sites.
