Bellatrix matters because Indian space capability needs domestic subsystems, not only rockets and satellites with imported critical parts. - Contracted by Korea's TelePIX in June 2026 to build a very-low-Earth-orbit demonstration satellite using air-breathing electric propulsion, targeting launch no earlier than 2028
